Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that our work will meet all your requirements.
In no event shall Prathomik be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
